“ Dishoom Covent Garden was very busy, but luckily we had a reservation which made things so much smoother. Our waiter was super helpful and explained the menu really well, making it easy to choose. The food was absolutely incredible — every dish lived up to the hype and then some. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The line up was outside the door but they have a really good system to organize everyone and get people seated fast. Loved the hot drinks they also gave us to sip on while waiting in the cold outside. I will be back! ”

However, today I arrived around 11:30 AM and was pleasantly surprised to be seated right away without any wait. The staff were extremely kind and attentive – my server took the time to walk me through the menu, explain some of the dishes, and even offered helpful recommendations. The atmosphere of the restaurant is really warm and inviting. It has a stylish yet cozy vibe that makes you want to linger a bit longer. Whether you’re dining alone or with friends, it feels comfortable and welcoming. I ordered the Chicken Ruby with rice, and it was absolutely delicious – rich in flavor, perfectly cooked, and very satisfying. That said, I couldn’t help but eye some of the other dishes on the menu. Everything looked so tempting! I’ll definitely be coming back to try some of the starters and maybe even explore a few vegetarian options next time. Overall, it was a lovely experience – great food, wonderful service, and a beautiful setting. Highly recommended! ”
